Who we are
The Women's Leadership Network Switzerland plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the United Nations by fostering inclusive leadership and women's empowerment in our society.
We are dedicated to empowering women through leadership development and networking opportunities. We do workshops, strategic consulting, coaching sessions, networking events and webinars that aim to build skills and confidence among young women leaders. We champion diversity and inclusivity, fostering a supportive community where women can thrive and succeed.
Our role is to advance women’s representation in leadership role by designing initiatives to break down barriers and inspire the next generation of women leaders. By promoting gender equality and advocating for women's rights in the workplace and in our society, we directly contribute to SDG 5, which focuses on achieving gender equality and empowering all women.
