The Women Leadership Network Switzerland has been empowering women leaders since 2018 through leadership development, knowledge building, and strategic networking.

Our mission is to drive systemic change by advancing gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and inclusive leadership—particularly at the intersection of technology, governance, and digital transformation.

We work to strengthen women’s representation and influence in leadership by designing programs and initiatives that build strategic capabilities, remove structural barriers, and equip women to actively shape ethical, inclusive, and sustainable futures.
